Why pledge?
Not only is it a healthy spiritual practice, but filling out a pledge form helps the parish treasurer formulate a budget and helps the vestry to live within the means of that budget.
How can I pledge?
- Make a pledge online.
- Print the online pledge form, fill it out manually and bring it to church or mail it to us at: PO Box 18917, Spokane, WA 99228-0917.
- Pick up a pledge form at church, fill it out and leave it at the collection point in the Meditation Chapel at the back of the church.
- Call Jackie, our confidential pledge secretary, and make your pledge over the telephone at (509) 466-3100.
We ask that you make your pledge this year in one of the ways outlined above by Sunday, November 15.
What if my financial circumstances change?
Pledging is a flexible commitment. Should your financial circumstances change, it is easy to raise or lower your level of giving by calling Jackie in the church office.
Can I get envelopes?
To use our resources wisely, envelopes will only be available to those who request them. Mark the appropriate space on your pledge form, and envelopes for quarterly (4), monthly (12) or weekly (52) giving will be set aside for you. Pledge numbers will be assigned to all.
Can I pay my pledge electronically?
Another option is to have your pledge sent directly to the church from your account. This has been a successful option for a number of families. If your bank or credit union offers online bill paying, you can use that service to send your pledge payment to:
St. David's Episcopal Church
PO Box 18917
Spokane, WA 99228-0917
Please use the memo line to indicate your name and pledge number so your tax-deductible contribution can be credited properly. For example: “John Doe – Pledge #123”
At this time we are not set up to take PayPal, online credit card payments, or direct deposit.
You didn't answer my question.
If your question isn't answered above, please contact the church office and we'll do our best to answer it.
